How do I enter the giveaway?
Just enroll in the Investing Masterclass between 20th July 2025 and 1st August 2025, and complete the course before 14th September 2025. That’s it - you’re automatically in the draw once we see you’ve completed it.
Is this open internationally?
Yes - anyone, anywhere can enter as long as they enroll and complete the course during the campaign period
What does “complete the course” mean?
You need to finish watching all the modules and lessons inside the Investing Masterclass. Our platform tracks your progress, so once you hit 100%, you're eligible.
Do I need to submit anything to prove I finished?
Nope! we track course progress automatically on our end. If you've completed the course in full, you're entered. No forms. No extra steps.
When will the winners be announced?
We’ll randomly select and contact the five winners on the final week of the course via the email address you used to enroll.
How will I get my refund if I win?
We’ll refund the full $299 USD to the original payment method you used (debit card, credit card, paypal etc). You’ll see it in your account within 14 business days of winning.
Is this legit? What's the catch?
It’s 100% legit. No hidden fees, no upsells, no fine print. We’re simply giving back to our community and encouraging more women to finish the course and build wealth. That’s it.
What if I already bought the course before the giveaway started?
This campaign is only for students who enroll during the giveaway period July 20th 2025 to August 1st 2025. If you've already bought the course, don't worry, we have more surprises coming your way soon.
Can I gift my refund or transfer it to someone else?
Refunds go directly back to the original payment method and can’t be transferred or exchanged.
What if I enroll and then request a refund within 14 days?
If you request a refund, you’ll no longer be eligible for the giveaway. Only students who complete the course and keep their enrollment active are entered into the draw. This is about rewarding those who commit and follow through.
Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Win Your Course Back” promotion (“Promotion”) run by Friends that Invest Limited, trading as Friends That Invest, with a registered address at 72 Taharoto road, Takapuna, Auckland, NZ (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in this Promotion, entrants (“you”, “participant”, or “entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Promotion.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion will commence at 12:00am NZDT on 20th July 2025 and end at 11:59pm NZDT on 1st August 2025 (“Promotional Period”). No entries will be accepted outside this period.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over who:
- Purchase the Investing Masterclass during the Promotional Period;
- Complete 100% of the course content through our online learning platform by 14th September 2025;
- Have not requested or received a refund for the course within the refund eligibility window;
- Are not employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of the Promoter.
3.2 The Promotion is open to participants worldwide unless otherwise prohibited by local law or regulations.
4. Entry Conditions
4.1 Entry is automatic upon meeting all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.
4.2 Each eligible participant may only receive one entry per course purchase. Duplicate purchases will not result in additional entries.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may request proof of completion, identity, residency, and/or payment at any time.
5. Prize Details
5.1 Five (5) eligible participants will be randomly selected to receive a refund of $299 USD, which is the full retail value of the Investing Masterclass at the time of purchase (“Prize”).
5.2 The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase and will be processed within 14 business days of notification and confirmation of winner eligibility.
5.3 No alternative forms of compensation will be offered. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The draw will be conducted on 14th September 2025 using a randomized, computer-generated method under supervision by an impartial third party or internal compliance team.
6.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of course purchase within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize to an alternate eligible participant.
6.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful attempts at communication.
7. Refunds and Withdrawal
7.1 Participants who initiate a refund request during or after the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified from the Promotion.
7.2 If a refund is issued for any reason, the corresponding entry into the Promotion becomes void, regardless of course completion status.
7.3 If the Promoter identifies misuse of the refund policy or fraudulent behavior, it reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and deny further access to its platforms.
8. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- Tampers with the entry process or platform;
- Attempts to game or manipulate course completion data;
- Breaches these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or personal injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the Promotion, including the use or misuse of the Prize.
9.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promoter against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Promotion.
10. Privacy and Data Use
10.1 Any personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with our [Insert Link to Privacy Policy] and applicable data protection laws.
10.2 By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.
11. Force Majeure
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
13.2 Any changes to these Terms will be published on the Promotion landing page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
13.3 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of any such amendments.
13.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
